0x8007001e error code

Hi,

I am having trouble playing new video files.

I am using Windows 10. I have updated windows, tried troubleshooter and searched but cannot find a solution.

I have 48.8GB free disk space.

Strangely videos which I have played before open with no issues.

If this is in Media Player or Films & TV, see if the video plays in VLC:

Where have these videos come from?

look in Event viewer, the red ones, but ignore dcom ones

They are MP4 videos downloaded from my Thinkware dash cam.

Very strange, they played fine today using media player :j
