in Credit cards
Hi all
Did have a look, but couldn't see anything about this. Logged on to my Experian for a first time in a while (6+ months), and was surprised (and understandably delighted!) to see my credit rating is now '999'.
Looking through my report, my Barclaycard credit card no longer listed on there? My Barclays current account is there, but makes no reference to my credit card balance whatsoever.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Cheers - K.

Have you checked your other three files, in the event they have changed reporting?
Don't worry about the 999 score, or any of the others. It's not a real reflection of anything and though it might drop if the Barclaycard is re-added, it doesn't matter.
The data is all that's important, so if you find what you think is an error, raise a dispute with the relevant CRA.0 -
Thanks for your reply! Sorry - how do you mean by the 'other three files'?Best competition wins:

When you say 'no longer listed' what do you mean exactly? That they have stopped updating/reporting the account or the account has disappeared?
If this account was previously reported on your Experian report the history should not simply have vanished without trace.0 -
Barclaycard and MBNA have gone from both mine any my husbands. Only shows John lewis as a credit card and the car finance now. Amex is still showing but as a zero balance (pay monthly but always used to show last statement amount)June challenge £100 a day £3161.63 plus £350 vouchers plus £108.37 food/shopping saving

The account has completely vanished. No record on there at all, but it is showing on historical reports from a few months ago.
I can see from the other replies that I'm not the only one, which in a way is reassuring, but still confusing!Best competition wins:
