For a small account Vanguard themselves at https://www.vanguardinvestor.co.uk charge 0.15% platform fee plus 0.22% for the VLS fund with no fund trade fees. Min £500 lump sum or £100 per month.0

For larger one off buys iweb,no on going platform charges after the initial £25 account fee and £5 transaction fee.
So £20k with vanguard costs £30 every year, with iweb its £30 and no more to pay and free to add in future years your £20k allowance for just the £5 transaction fee, with Vanguard you are paying £60 the second year on £40k. If you are doing a lot of trades iweb may not be the best.
So taking up your full allowance for 3 years with one off buys costs £40 with iweb and £180 with vanguard.0
