Three "letters of Claims" NPS

Hi, just looking for some advice, i have read the Newbies post but this is totally new to me, so i can only apologies if i have missed something.

I have received Three "letters of Claims" from NPS (North East) LTD, I forgot to pay to park, twice and paid late one day when i was parking at Jesmond 360 in Newcastle upon Tyne. I appealed to POPLA as i did pay but it was after the 10 minuets grace, so they didn't rule in my favour. I have no received three "letters of claim" i realised from research that these are not real 'Letters of claim', and the template NPS have used protection of freedoms act 2012 parking, which i'm very unsure on. I do plan to contact Jesmond 360 is hope they can squash these and realise i should of done this sooner. Hope i haven't missed anything in the Newbies thread.

Thanks,

OK, so were these direct from the parking firm, or who? A solicitor? Which one?

You need to use the wording about consolidating cases with substantially identical facts, into one single claim, and send that as part of your reply.

And now is the time to send the PPC a SAR a per post #2 of the sticky tread.

    :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

No template, just tell it like it is, he/she is no doubt very familiar with the scam.

Also, op, 1st sentence of 1st para.needs to read ' Please remind them.... ', or 'Please be reminded that.. '.
    They've conflated slightly.
