Global Warming funds

Does anyone have ideas on funds that "should" benefit from the move to sustainable energy. ie investing in wind/solar farms or other interesting related projects.

I have only ever invested in big, established funds and IT's, the variance being mostly geography. Most of the clean energy funds google throws up are in the US, or unfamiliar names of small companies...

I'm just looking for a starting point to research myself....

For small scale projects in this area you could have a look at :

although opportunities are few and far between and returns are not that great .
On a bigger scale Legal and General are active in this area.

Rather then mentioning names - try re-googling (if there's such a word:)) Renewable energy investment trusts and it brings up quite a few

IEM is perhaps worth a look.

Not specifically global warming related but leans into that better future where things are done cleaner and greener.
