Unable to change pin on Tesco Mastercard

Hello All,

This is pretty much a heads up about tesco credit cards and this pretty poor service.

I have had a tesco mastercard card for a couple of weeks, mainly for day to day spending as an alternative to my Amex and and visa.

Anyway I haven't been able to change my pin at a cash machine, it keeps failing. I phoned them today and according to the customer service rep, anyone who has got a new tesco card in the last few weeks are not able to change their pin.

They could give no ETA for the problem being resolved and were also unclear about how they would communicate with their customers when the issue was resolved.

The customer service agent was nice enough, but useless. Very poor Tesco.
