I seem to be getting silly quotes so what is the real cost of changing the oil on a 2013 Cmax 2.0 diesel, done 68K miles?

The "silly quotes" are probably "We don't want to do it", because of the high risk of "You changed the oil and now the gearbox has died".
Having said that, it does sound like there's a fair few potential pitfalls to be aware of, and there's a good few quid's-worth of fluid involved.

Yep the oil itself is not cheap. Run away from cheap quotes because they will not be using the genuine oil.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

worth looking at decent independent Volvo specialist as well as those from Ford. They use the same gearbox.0

            How silly?
Going rate for a ZF seems to be about £200.0 -
buy a car with a fancy gearbox, expect to pay fancy prices.0
