This seems like very good value. SEE HERE
Fred Olsen's Boudicca , no flying. Soton to Soton.
Wish I hadn't already booked another holiday.

I did three days on the Black Watch a couple of years ago. If you are under 70, I wouldnt recommend it. Don't get me wrong, Ive nothing against the elderly, but everything was pretty much geared to that age group. Napkin folding, cocktail making , ballroom dancing classes and bridge/whist drives. If you have kids, forget it! There was a small room with very little in it, no kids enterainment and no supervision to speak of. (Not that I had kids with me).
The food was also poor. All easy to digest stuff!
The entertainment in the evenings was dreadful.
All in all, it was one of my worst weekends I have had whilst on holiday
Then again, you get what you pay for I suppose. It would be a step up from an Easycruise which has no frills whatsoever. I'm glad it wasnt my first cruise as it would have put me off for life!0 -

Fred Olsen is a very "old" cruise company..along the lines of Saga but if you dont mind that and just go for the ports its not that bad. and at that price you couldnt get Thomsons and its above them in the pecking order
The FO site is sellign at £495 so there will be room for some discount even if its only about £30pp
Its been at this price now for about 3 weeks so only inside leftIf you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel0
