I’m not being dismissive and appreciate the suggestion however, which phone would I show tracking for? There are 3 people eligible to drive the car so not only can’t I prove that the phone was in the car I also can’t prove who was or wasn’t driving the car at the time. Surely the counter claim would be that the car was parked at the place in question and that the driver wondered off to do shopping, run errands etc... hence the breach of parking rules.
