Sadly no. With a 78yr old, and my 79yr old Dementia Mother, myself who is disabled and their full time, unpaid, Carer, and my minimum wage earning Brother, all here, we can't afford it. Parents don't qualify for Nursing Homes either, due to being private home owners. We're just stuck, hence hoping to find the best vibation recording equipment, so they can see out their lives in a quieter, non-tormented, environment.0 -
Put up your own stronger fence. You're pretty much already at war with them, so this isn't going to make any odds. It'll stop them coming in the garden at any rate. Concrete panels.
On the party wall, battens and insulation to stop the noise so much.
If the council have not helped, a complaint to them might kick them into gear, but it sounds as if they are sick of hearing from you, don't want to get involved, so if you cna stnd it, go the local paper route, set up crowdfunding to take them to court.
I'm not sure what you think will happen even if you did record more noise.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
Maybe try thenoiseapp.com some LA’s use it as evidence in these cases even if yours doesn’t you can use yourself for a fee.0

If just one of your parents needed residential care, the value of the house would not be taken into account.
If both needed care, as you are disabled the council can still ignore the house as you would still be living there.0
