Neff Slide and Hide Oven

I'm just having my kitchen done and with it I bought an Neff N70 combi oven and a Neff N90 slide and hide oven. The exact model is B57CS24H0B.
My question is around the decorative left and right trims, on the door.
On the Combi oven, these trims feel nice and firm and secure.
On the Single Oven, it feels loose when you touch them.
Anyone else with this problem or have the trims not been installed correctly?
Is it normal? No one seems to know
I've spoken to Neff - they do not seem to know. I've seen one Neff oven installed where I bought my kitchen and the side trims also move there.
Anyone else who perhaps owns one can help?
