UK banks that allow virtual debit or credit cards

Apart from the online ones like revolut do other banks allow virtual cards to be made for online use via the app

I don't think any of the mainstream banks offer a virtual card per se, but any of them that support Apple/Google/Samsung pay etc can be used through those platforms if an online retailer accepts those methods of payment.
As a workaround, you could transfer the funds to somewhere like Revolut, create the virtual card and then pay with it.

Not 100% certain what you are trying to achieve but you could look at getting a Curve card and linking you real card(s) to that.0
