Barclays App - Spending Feature Issues

When using the Spending feature on the Barclays app, I have noticed that it has put some of my purchases into the wrong categories eg. monthly charity donation goes into ‘general spending’ instead of ‘charities’.
It doesn’t let me re-categorise anything, when I try, the error code FCS02 appears. Under that it says ‘if the problem continues, please get in touch using Direct Call on your app’s home screen, and tell us you’re calling about the error code FCS02’.
I’ve tried doing that about four seperate times now. The people at Barclays customer service seem to have no idea that the spending feature exists let alone what this error code means, they have been zero help. Anyone else had this issue?

To be honest I wouldn't bother with this feature and find some other way to categorise your spending if you have good reason for needing to do that.
These things can never be precise. For example, if I were to buy cigarettes in a petrol station the purchase would probably be categorised as petrol etc.0 -
It's working OK for me.0
