DFS sofa problems?

Hi everyone,
I purchased a corner sofa from dfs in December last year. It was delivered in March. I also purchased the additional protection cover (only because the salesman was obviously on some sort of target as he offered it to us with free delivery for the same cost as the delivery alone, so effectively free).
Anyway, the sofa has recliners on both ends and these have sagged unbelievably. They are so flat and hard that they are noticeably lower than the rest of the seats (which have sagged too) and are really uncomfortable, to the point you cannot sit for more than 30 minutes without needing to get up. I should note, all seats are used on the sofa, so it’s not a case of the recliners getting more use than the rest of the sofa, they’ve just sagged significantly more and faster than the rest.
What are my rights here? I haven’t contacted dfs yet, as I have read many people say they love to fob you off, so wanted to know my rights first.
Many thanks.

We had a very similar issue with DFS last year and it was easily sorted out. We called and they arranged for an inspector to come out within a week. He fixed the sofa there and then which was a pleasant surprise!!!! I was worried beforehand as I had heard horror stories and had a friend who had a terrible time with them but it couldn't have been any easier for us! See what they say first and come back here for advice if you are not happy with the outcome.£2 savers club 2021 - £0
