Doesnt look like a confirmation to me.

Flights dont need to be wasted, book a hotel instead.

Think thats what we are going to do, although we had our heart set on this eurocamp with all the facilities for children. After looking at booking the same eurocamp for the same time its an extra £700, so we wont be booking it with them. It really makes me cross that theres still availability left, yet we cant book it through their own admission of “a technical hitch”

We’ve experienced exactly the same for our holiday in Costa Dorada in May. Gutted as our flights cost £600 and we’re now left with having to find alternative and more expensive accommodation. Eurocamp are advertising the same holiday for double the price and asked if I wanted to book it. Such a scam. They have admitted that it was their own error and are offering £25 as a goodwill gesture, it just doesn’t cut it for me. Never again.

Just a thought- are there any other providers at this campsite or can you book with the campsite direct. We did 2 Eurocamp type holidays in Italy- 1st year went with Selectcamp but 2nd year went direct with campsite which gave us a wider range and better value accommodation.

Thanks and we already looked into that and have found out canvas are also there, but its pretty much the same price as eurocamp

This has happened to me too. The 2nd email clearly says the holiday had been booked so I also booked flights. I've been doing this for years. If it's an error it's their fault and they should keep to the agreement. Gutted and now confused as to what to do, it's certainly no longer a cheap holiday.

What about the campsite themselves- can you book direct

Also look at Al Fresco, Roan, and Vacance Soleil

Thanks- have looked at that option but too expensive! We have now found an independent campsite where we are going to stay- although hasnt got all the amenities we wanted, but at least we will be going awAy!
