    I never said anything about blaming them for entering my own email address in wrong - I said that was of course my own fault.
    My issue is with not receiving a letter through the post despite them saying they have sent one...

    So your complaint should be against Royal Mail, not the insurer then...

    You really did answer your own question in your first post:

    Your complaint has no chance of succeeding because if it did it would open the gates for every person who is in the same situation to simply falsely claim that they didn't receive the notice.
