i round up a little but mine never seem to match the PO scales
I think you need some new scales! My cheap digital scales read within a couple of grams of the PO's.
  • I just tried to do postage through Paypal. Drop Off was selected, but it's come through as collection, but with no times/dates. Had to cancel the label! Going back to it, drop off is selected, but sort of looks greyed out and you can't select/see any drop off shops and it's charging me the price for collection. Is there any way to solve this?

Would just go through Parcelforce website, but that asks me for a buyer's phone number which I don't have. Could I put mine or ask them for it or is there another way to get it?

Managed to get the details needed to send direct. Hopefully my buyer will understand seeing as Paypal inform them of everything, which is great when things work, bad when their systems mess up like today!

Wish I'd checked the price for collection to see if it differed, but assumed clicking calculate that it was calculating the correct thing. Didn't realise it wasn't until it printed a sheet for collection with no information and the confirmation email came through stating collection. Wondering why it doesn't force you to input the information if it thinks it's a collection!

Probably not going to bother with Paypal postage again - just hoping they process my refund!

Had an error page earlier for Paypal too so guessing they're having issues.
