    No.... unless there are exceptional circumstances or you are willing to go to the small claims court - see https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance/

    Hi to you too.
    If you've didn't put a claim in before the deadline, then no, it's ended, finished. It can't be much clearer.

    The deadline applies to all PPI I'm afraid. The only potential complainants all these months on are those who made enquiries about whether they had PPI just before the deadline and so are still allowed to lodge a new complaint. Did you make such enquiries?

    Otherwise, only very exceptional cases will be considered.

    I don't recommend the court route either.

    What would be the point of a deadline if it is not a deadline?

    Unless you have been incapacitated and unable to raise a complaint for that for the whole period since the deadline, there is no reason for a firm to consider a complaint.

    hijacking this thread slightly, can someone assist me on a related issue please.

    i made claims prior to deadline, and had acknowledgment that 'claim' had been registered, but the companies involved now need a specific 'complaint' letter before a further final deadline of 28th january .

    i know 'back in the day', there was (and probably still is ) a template on here with a suggested complaint' template/wording .

    i am not very good a searching/trolling/for such forms/templates .

    could someone be so kind as to post the link to Martins specific complaint template please .

    many thanks in anticipation

    (sorry if i am being a bit lazy-but genuinely-i am no good at spending hours searching for such a template/link

    thanks again

    If they do, don't use it. It's a terrible idea.

    You need to send YOUR complaint reasons. Just write them down in a letter format and send it off.

    While I agree any reasons need to be truthful, the advice article (not template) is quite good for giving examples of how the insurance might have been mis-sold and so can be helpful in formulating a valid and compelling complaint. So here is a link;

    However, the Resolver PPI template is (not surprisingly given last August was the Deadline) no longer available.
