Scottish Power - past bills vanished

On my online account the page which used to show my past bills and payments made is still there but now has a placeholder message instead saying words like "when your first bill is ready it will be shown here."
Been like this for a couple of months now.
I'm sure it's not just me - anyone else seeing this and have SP been asked when its going to be fixed?

That's why you should download and save your bills in PDF format when they are issued. Keeping your own records is the only way to guarantee that you have all the info.
It's too late to try and recover them if summat goes wrong with the website or the company goes bust.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
It's even that current bills never appear on the page in the first place
So they don't actually ever 'exist'.
I'm sure that must be against some regulation.0 -
All utility suppliers should have the option of having PDF copies of bills sent via email. I know Bulb and Symbio both do this. That way, they can be copied to disk without needing to log into the account and, if not deleted, can be easily searched for inside your email account.0

In process of departing SP again and all the pdf's are there for my 'current' account with them. Just waiting for the final one to be generated for me to download.and have SP been asked when its going to be fixed?

May not apply to you, but I had exactly the same problem last year. Turned out that when I joined SP 2 years ago I was given a temporary account number while they sorted out problems and then a permanent one which I was using. Some type of account 'housekeeping' noticed that the temporary account had never been used and wiped out both my accounts by mistake.
It took them several days to refill my account history on-line, but no problem since then.
Did you at any time have 2 account numbers?0
