right, I was in a fault accident that has lead too my car being a total loss. 2 weeks ago I was told all the information had to handed over too the underwriters, and that I'd have a settlement amount within a few days. I still havent heard anything no phone call, letter or email too tell me whats happening. Has anyone had any experience in how long the hastings claim processe normally takes.!

Phone them. Ask them.

From what you say, the delay is with the underwriters not the broker.
