Has anyone got a "welcome to credit karma" email today, even though they have been users for a long time?

No, I haven't received such an email.0

I had an email from them yesterday, but it wasn't a welcome message. It was going on about how they're changing and the 'new experience' that's coming.0

Which bank is sending these out then?Life in the slow lane0

That's a very good question. Perhaps a mod can move the thread to the Credit File board? Thanksborn_again wrote: »Which bank is sending these out then?0 -

Same here; we got this message today.
(Can't wait for the "new experience"!!)
A cunning plan, Baldrick? Whatever it was, it's got to be better than pretending to be mad; after all, who'd notice another mad person around here?.......Edmund Blackadder.0 -
I had the 'new experience' one day before yesterday as well. I just read and deleted that one. The last time I had used the website was a few days ago, just to look at the searches done recently. Yesterday, I had the 'welcome' email, to the email address which had been registered with them/Noddle for many years. Odd. I am awaiting their explanation now. Perhaps sending 'welcome' emails to existing users is one of the exciting new features?0

When cancelling the account you are given the opportunity to comment. I mentioned the daft name and that they were too pushy anyway and I may have mentioned Trump.0

I haven't cancelled the service.0
