Santander Website issues

Hi all,
I checked the board but nothing on this.
I consistently have significant issues using the Santander website.
I keep getting a "Bad gateway" error, or it times out, and sometimes just gets stuck completely so I have to close the tab and try again.
The site these days appears to be a mix of old website and new pages therein, e.g. going to "manage my mortgage" or "set up new payment".

I wondered if others were also having such problems?

I was getting "Bad Request, Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand" this morning.

Needed to clear all cookies for Santander.co.uk and retail.santander.co.uk to sort it.

Is that something you would have to do every time now to avoid the error, do you find?
Be interested to know if its worth the bother.
I shall raise a compliant to Santander in the meantime, see what they say.
Good to know its not just me!
