MSE Credit Club broken?

Options
Or is it just me?
The Dashboard shows my old score from November 2019 (should have been updated in December), and when I try to view my Experian report, I get "There seems to be a problem getting your Experian Credit Report. Please try again later."

Just tested and it works fine for me...

Not meaning to sound like a joke, but have you tried deleting your account and then re-registering? It seems to sort out most MSE Credit Club errors...
I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

    I love my job

I am also getting this message. I have tried several times over the last few days.

Tried yesterday and a few times today, including again just now, and still getting the same error.

I'd rather not delete my account as it's nice to be able to look back at previous reports to compare, but if it's still not working by next week I'll delete and create a new account.

Mine is stuck showing that it will "next update" on 4th January.

I didn't delete, but I did make a new one with another email address. I'm hoping my original one eventually unsticks.

You could save your previous reports as PDF files thus retaining the data.

Unfortunately, I cannot access any of the reports as the error appears when I try to switch to the Experian Credit Report page, and then redirects me straight back to the Dashboard page.
For future reference, though, I'll be saving each month's report as a PDF as I go along.
