How can I change my CEC “Change In Progress” status

Tried to switch to Octopus via the CEC.

Got an e-mail from Octopus stating that the switch had been blocked (currently undergoing the SOLR Breeze to BG fiasco)

All switch option buttons on the CEC pages have been inactivated which means I can’t try to switch again.

How can I cancel the “Change in Progress” status to reactivate the switch option buttons?

It says "If you’ve cancelled your switch and it’s still showing as ‘in progress’ on your Cheap Energy Club account, it’s likely the supplier hasn’t let us know about the cancellation. You can contact us directly by emailing energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com with your account details, and we’ll remove the switch. You’ll then be able to compare and switch again."

    Seems relevant to me !
