I just had a bloke from Q***** Finance on the phone, cold calling me and trying to sell me mini bonds. They know nothing about me, eg whether I am a sophisticated investor.

The FCA announced that they were banning mass market sales from 1 January 2020. See

Is there any simple way to report this phone call to the FCA? There's no point in their banning the practice if they don't enforce the ban, and they can't do that unless they accept reports of possible breaches.

Edit: There is a scam report form. Should I use this? https://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/report-scam-unauthorised-firm
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
