I am sure this q has been asked before. One of my family has a credit card problem. The card has been suspended by the credit card company, which family member knows about, as family have debt problems. The card can not be used, discussions are on going with Stepchange seeking help.

It will until they agree to freeze the interest. Get them to call them up and ask for the balance and if any further interest is being added.0
