    As you know my case was won.

    Judge stated specifically that if its not in the agreement then its difficult to enforce due to contractual terms and supremacy. If you can PROVE you were issued a permit (if one is needed) then thats enough too.

    Ive PM'd regarding DPA issues too since you said on my thread that you had issues with them too.
