You can't ensure anything at all

Read other court case threads on here and see the advice and their reports

What you want is not relevant

It's either pay up or let it run its course

Why not? That's when you will win and it doesn't affect the company if the claim is addressed to you, the individual driver.

Even if people lose they don't get a CCJ left, and they pay less than the claim.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It now has nothing to do with the company. It's you being sued not the company.
  • How is it possible that I will pay less than the claim? are court time fees not added on? thanks

You have surely answered your own question, assuming you are taking the advice here, and not wanting the mediation route:

But what happens when it gets allocated to court how can i be sure i will win?
You cannot be sure at all , court is a lottery with judge bingo in charge
    It can go either way

Because some judges (see Redx's post about judge bingo) will not allow spurious amounts to be added such as admin for debt control (or whatever lies the PPC is using this week) to cover additional £60 or similar.
