Hi All
Received a call from Gladstones and speaking v nicely and asked what I want to stop court claims between us. As there is no more PCNs and no more claims for best of my knowledge I asked them to cancel all PCNs if there some , refund the money I paid for 1st claim I lost and set this one aside and also paying for my costs for last claim been discontinue which we waiting for costs hearing. The lady asked me to email to her my request and told me she will sort that out for me.
After that she e mailed me back asking me to agree to set aside a court order against pcm which that really surprising me but I remembered that I got a call from court asking me if they paid to me my costs for one of those regions claim or not which pcm paid 3 months after court order.
My question is, did the court order against pcm recorded in there credit score and that is why the called me to negotiate and how to check that?
Regards

Ha, as Redx says, they started it and now you can finish it. Must be worth more than a £1000 in compensation to you0

If you're screwing up their credit rating with an unsettled ccj/costs then I'm sure we could crowdfund you to NOT agree to remove it!!!0

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

That interesting, why I need to do that and how that will affect them?0
