Credit card missing from credit file

Hi all
I don't think its a problem, but I'm a bit confused.
I have a Tandem credit card and I just checked my credit file and found that my other two credit cards (that never get used) were there but the Tandem one wasn't.
Is there any reason this should happen?
It was Clearscore that I used to check in case that makes a difference.

Not all credit card issuers report to all CRA's. Clearscore are not a CRA. The CRA's are Experian, Equifax and Transunion and as has recently been pointed out to me on another thread there is also a 4th CRA called CrediVia, so now apparently posters should be advised to check all 4 CRA's not all 3 as previously.0

Oh, who knew! Thanks, I'll look at those ones too.0

What is Creditvia??? It comes up with nothing listed, when I search on google...I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Sorry about the typo
First saw them mentioned here

Crediva is an odd one, when I did my "all in one" as a trial with CheckMyFile it gave me the Crediva report and it doesn't really seem to show the same sorts of things that the other three do. As you can see, no account information.0

Yes very odd, especially the last 3 things mentioned. Have never seen those mentioned before.0

Yup, when I checked out their site the other day, it made no reference to the monitoring and reporting of credit account conduct...I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
