Best share dealing company?

I'm considering opening 3 share dealing accounts for me, my wife and my Limited company. My wife and I have stock in the US, currently with Morgan Stanley and so want to transfer this to the UK and close our Morgan Stanley accounts. It would make sense to use the same share dealing company for all three accounts.
Ideally, as well as an associated sterling account, there would be a dollar account, allowing US stock to be sold, but not converted to sterling. The company would only be investing in managed funds, but our own accounts would probably be used for dabbling in shares, both UK and US.
I would appreciate any thoughts on which UK share dealing company is the best.
The reason for having two personal accounts is to split our capital gains allowance, however, is there any advantage to having a single joint share dealing account i.e. would the ongoing fees be less?
Does anyone have any experience of transferring stock from the US to the UK? I have already approached Morgan Stanley, but they are being less than helpful!
