Rogue traders CPM exposed on BBC South Today

A new housing estate in Basingstoke. CPM wardens ticket regardless and the warden lingers around waiting for residents to go inside and gives them tickets.

Barratt Homes have warned CPM to void tickets for residents and they are currently looking to remove CPM in fear that properties will not be sold.

Less work for the incompetent Gladstones

Maybe you can watch it on BBC South catchup

One woman with two cars and one space complained when she was ticketed in a visitors' space. I wonder where she thought visitors should park.

as the permits were clearly issued by cpm , and she could prove she lived there as did her partner , why did cpm only issue one allocated space ?

did barretts clearly state on sales bluff ONE car only?

Its likely the house didnt have enough befroooms to qualify for 2 spaces under the councils planning requirements. Its why Reading is so screwed - new houses and flats never have neough car parking because the council seems to think everyone can afford to have only one person working (and needing a car for work)

Also on TV was Wednesday's episode of Parking Hell on C5

It featured H#len D#lphin at an NCP car park , checking out the facilities , plus a saga where one guy was helped by 2 parking warrior ladies for a train station parking bay that he won. One lady was involved previously at the solar powered beach car park with poor mobile phone signal that the BPA rep failed on testing it out, the other lady was S#e Pri#r who helps out around Cardiff and was involved with the nurses at UHW in the Indigo saga that is now a Parking Eye saga

The gentleman won on the grounds that his vehicle was in a parking bay , the 2 lines either side were of a different length due to a projecting wall , but he caused no issues, it was at Exeter court

    Just watched on catchup. Thanks

Ok so that's Sue who does a great job. I did see files headed Wright Hassall, that nasty disgraced legal that the BPA took on, shameful BPA.

And Smart parking not having planning permission ??

And the BPA had checked out the site ???? That's got to be a huge joke ?

Sad that the BPA has no muscle and just act as wet dead fish collecting money from scammers
