Upstairs neighbour floor

Sorry if this is irrelevant but have you tried negotiating with her, sometimes a friendly non confrontational chat is all it needs.0

I am surprised that if she is renting she has had laminate flooring put down? If she has disposed of the carpets, were they the landlords? I would inform the landlord if it were me.
Why doesn't she have her own bins? Surely the council would provide a bin for each household?0 -
Thanks for all your suggestions and very sorry to hear that some of you also suffer the dreadful neighbour noises! Bin wise I have no idea why neighbour hasn't ordered any when we moved in there were no bins for our flat so we ordered them free from the council really easily, v peculiar!0

Check on zoopla and right move if the was a for sale or rental advert, If its been 6 months and she owns it it should list the price she paid.
You could always pay £3 on the land reg to check.0
