                    Hello,
We received a letter from this company a few weeks ago claiming we had gone over our time limit. The night in question I remember well as I put two different tickets on the car, the first one obviously ran out and that's the one they are claiming for even though the second ticket I put on overlapped the first ticket and covered us for another 12 hours.
They've acknowledged receipt of the appeal but now need the details of the driver of the vehicle. I'm not sure why they would need this when we paid enough money to stay in their car park.
Can I ask for their machine records as I used the same machine twice, inputted my car reg twice too. Help?

Do not reveal who was driving , no blabbing , they are phishing for driver details
 Any appeal is as keeper
An occupant of the vehicle bought 2 parking tickets to cover the whole period on site , which overlapped
You are appealing the PCN as keeper , stay in keeper mode , you do not have to tell them who was driving , so don't0

In the appeal we mentioned 'my husband' who was paying for the tickets so keep it at that?
Do I just ignore the email then?
Do I pursue them for evidence?
Thank you for your swift response0

Wait for a cancellation or a popla code
Always best to keep it vague
If you are the RK and appealed as keeper , you have done it correctly
A driver is always deemed responsible , but the driver may not have bought the tickets and may not even be the keeper , just an occupant
Their reply probably gave a time limit to name the driver , or they will pursue you as keeper , which is what you want
I hope you still have the 2 paid for tickets ?

Yes you can ask for machine records. Do you have both PDT tickets still?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We don't have the tickets no as we figured we had paid so wouldn't need them again. Didn't honestly give it a second thought that they would try this trick.
I will ask to see the machine records I think.

Try a SAR for machine records if they refuse
I hope you took notice of keeping paid for receipts for several months in future ?
My good lady has a big pile of them on her desk , lol0
