I ordered £60 of John Lewis/Waitrose vouchers from Pigsback a little while ago, can't remember exactly when, but definately over a week ago, and haven't received them yet.

I'm relying on them for some nice xmas treats from Waitrose, so hope they haven't run out of vouchers or something

Plans for today are to walk the dogs, and lots of housework (although I'll probably end up thinking about housework, rather than doing it):rotfl:

Sorted. They say they emailed me on the 23rd (but I didn't receive it) saying if I'm willing to keep the damaged item for 28 days in case their courier wants to inspect it I can have a free replacement (and keep the damaged one). I've sent an email to say this so they should send me another one in the next couple of days.

That's 40 pints of free beer (well, the kit for it!) winging its way to me.
