Thomas Cook payment from Post Office travel card

Good morning all and hello, my first post on here! :j

Just after a bit of advice really. I was unfortunately one of the customers affected by the Thomas Cook closure. I have received my direct debit payments back, but it seems even more difficult to get back an initial payment made to Thomas Cook on my Post Office travel card. I have received a part figure payment of approximately half the money refunded by Rightpath Insurers which Atol have confirmed is the travel insurance element, and am now going to claim the remaining amount through the Post Office as I believe I am still owed this.

Does anyone have any advice on wording for my email when I submit my claim with the form they're going to provide me with? Am I even entitled to this money back?

Thanks in advance

Kayleigh
