Oh well, ranf Cap 1 to cancel and iv a balance of £68.68 to pay. Done that and it takes 4 days.
The bloke at the other end sounded like he couldnt be arsed. Asked me why I wanted to cancel, sounded almost like I was being naughty. Iv to ring back and cancel later next week. Wasn't helpfull, didnt try and persuade me to stay. Basically !!!! off lol
Iv a sneaky feeling Cap 1 are trying to get rid of the 34.9% customers. And im very pleased to go:D
