  • Hello! We applied in Thursday via broker. Yesterday we received s text saying valuation was booked for Monday.

We're hoping to receive an offer soon.

Assuming its Countrywide doing the survey, following survey it takes upto 2 working days for valuation to be passed back to Nationwide but as long as all your other paperwork and information has been submitted a turnaround on offer is fairly prompt at that point.

Our broker has just gotten back to us to tell us the underwriting hasn't been done yet. Any idea of how long will it take? (My poor husband isn't sleeping!)

Hopefully you should have heard back by now as valuation would have been returned. Any update?
We have a completion date of next Friday set for our Remortgage - so all in all around 4 weeks from application to completion
  • Not yet! We live in Cornwall so as expected there's the mundic question. There's an old report but we haven't heard from the broker, I'm guessing there's just nothing to report.
  • We were approved subject to valuation last week. Typically the valuers have up to 5 working day’s to actually contact the EA, today is day 5 and no valuation booked yet! I’m so stressed by it all, every single step takes so long. 4 weeks today since full application submitted 😭

Any update? We have been waiting 4 weeks now from submitted. No word from anyone it's very frustrating.
