Credit file versus new store card

Hi, I hope someone can help. My daughter was accepted for a new next store card before Christmas, we agreed to pay it off each month so it would better her credit rating. Next gladly gave her a credit limit of £150 and she bought clothes for her children then paid the full balance today before the due date I might add then she receives an email an hour later stating the card was suspended as they did another credit check and it was declined!!! Can they do this an why did they allow her to have it in first place if her rating was not good. Nothing new has been added to her credit file as we checked. Something isn't adding up here so any advice greatly appreciated.

It's not an issue of credit file versus store card though. They work in conjunction.
Could there be any additional factors here that you have failed to mention? False information given in the application? Account misconduct of some kind?
