Issues trying to read smart meter
Hi all, my parents have a smart meter which is now dumb. They changed suppliers last year to Avro, its been fine for almost a year but now the meter will only show rate 2.
Its the meter with a green button, "O2" is displayed which is much less than previous months reads, no idea how to get it back to 01. Tried pressing the green button, but no luck.
Any ideas?!
