Hi, the best way to lose weight is just consistent exercise. I think one week is not enough for making your routine. For me, it takes months to develop a consistent routine. It was the main problem for me. One day I decided to lose weight and went to the gym for exercise but after some days, when I saw no change in myself, then I became demotivated. But I learned a lot from it, and then I decided to keep the routine of exercise. Exercise alone can do nothing unless you make a good diet plan related to your lifestyle. My diet plan contained a lot of healthy foods and many other superfoods. Sports Inside was the best option for me for high-quality sports foods. My diet plan helped me in boosting stamina and preventing injury.-1

Some years back I decided to lose weight and over a year or two I lost two stone. I restricted my eating to sensible amounts, and often felt hungry. I now do a lot of exercise, typically 4 hours ice hockey and four hours skating per week up until The Great Lurgy. I now roller skate. I eat a healthy diet, not processed, and I eat a decent amount.
The problem with some regimes is that they are too demanding. You have to enjoy it or you will give up. In other words you have to teach yourself to like a healthy lifestyle. I eat food I like, and I drink alcohol at weekends. I’ve discovered a low alcohol beer that tastes better than many regular beers. I’m lucky that I don’t like butter, margarine, cream or mayonnaise, and I prefer healthy food to cakes and sweets. I think anyone can ween themselves off foods that are high in sugar and fat. The latter are addictive. I exercise but I do it for fun. Find a sport you love and teach yourself or take lessons.1 -
Running is a good tool to lose weight. Run 3-4 times per week.

I can say it's more about diet than exercise. creating a calorie deficit is the key for burning fat. and prioritizing strength during workouts will save your muscles while you are on "cutting" stage.0

Don't get too fixated on the scales. Rather go by how you feel and that your jeans are getting baggier!0 -
The best way to lose weight is to normalize your diet. Give preference to complex carbohydrates over simple ones. As for fats, you need those that contain healthy acids (omega 3, 6). And protein. You need a lot of protein for the body to recover from exercise. You will probably gain weight at first because the muscles will start to increase. But then the fat will start to go away, because much more calories are spent on muscle work than on fat. Another good way to lose weight is to sleep when the room is cool. The body will spend more energy on maintaining the temperature, which will burn more calories. Yes, calories are burned in sleep too. And this process is especially active after strength training (it is better to train in the evening).

Of course, exercise is a good way to lose weight, but in combination with changing your diet and proper nutrition, you can speed up the process of losing weight. The most important factor in this is that you need to change the diet with the help of qualified specialists.
