have you complained to the co-op?
there are a few avenues that could be chased up, to ensure your not out of pocket, when is the deadline for payment?From the Plain Language Commission:

9th and no hearing hsould give 1 monht for payment
But FIRST pay it, THEN start looking. get the CCJ off the record *first*0 -
I've paid it this morning over the phone and got authorisation code from vcs also got a receipt coming in post. Shall I contact the court myself even though vcs said they will?0

VCS dont get any penalty on them if they forgeet to notify the court
If they forget, you get screwed

Hold off on the payment for now, you will need to start complaining to the landowner, with the aim of getting them to pay.
I'm stuck on a mobile at the moment, so can't reply that easy.
Who's car park was it? you said the co-op is this correct ?
