Exporting HSBC statements

I have had a lot of trouble trying to do this as the previous option seems to have been removed.
After a lot of emails I found this:-

This does allow you to download 12 months of Statement as a CSV file to be imported into a spreadsheet.
Some editing may still be necessary.
I also have this as a pretty PDF with pictures but I can't see how to insert/ upload it.


Select the current account
you wish to download
midata on, then click on
Manage.
Click on midata
download.

The customer can switch
and confirm the current
account from the
‘Accounts’ dropdown list
Select Download.

You are prompted to
download the csv file.
NB. Download settings
differ according to
operating system.

Your default spreadsheet
software will now view the
midata download.
