Paint and Lacquer falling off bumper...advice please!

How could this have been over months ago? By me paying for it? No way! And for £500? No way again, there is much more to it than a re lacquer, so add on £200 and you'd be nearer the mark, and that was the cheapest of 3 quotes. Or should I have just rolled over and accepted it?0

Yes, £700 - £200 = £500.
You then launch a small claim for that amount. As I suggested back in January.
Glad you've got a result now.0 -
Ah ok. Don't think you've fully understood Adrian. I've not launched a small claim, it went through the ombudsman service which is why it took so long. Can't speed that one up I'm afraid, and no way was I paying for something that was not my fault. So yeah, top result now my car will be mint once that's done 😁0
