ukpc leaving site charge

Hi All I would be so grateful for anyones help,
I am at debt recovery stage with UKPC(,**please bare with me I'm not here for generic advice about them**)* for "leaving site" at retail store carpark in reading. I have spend a lot of time reading the newbies thread and am ignoring the "debt collector letters"as advised. I called UKPC to provide me evidence of me leaving the site but in return I was told that I have missed appeal stage and they cannot provide me this information. and they would have had to contact the warden in question for proof. When I was on the phone to them she said that the fine at the moment was £100. I guess what Im saying is I don't want to pay them but all this is calling me a lot of anxiety. I know the general advice is that "leaving site" does not get to court, but Im loosing sleep over this and am too worried. If it does get to court the defences sound so complicated, I would not what to write how to defend my self. I never done this forum business before and this makes it so more difficult because I can't phone anyone or speak to anyone in person which is more reassuring.
So what Im saying shall I just pay the fine, even though I don't want to as I don't like the way these private parking companies conduct themselves,I just want to stop the anxiety to stop worrying about it so much. I don't know if this a silly question, but is the a phone number of someone I can speak to in regards to this who could over me good advice?
Thank you so much

Don't be daft, nobody loses sleep over the fraudsters UKPC.
Fraudsters, they have faked time stamps on pictures and got banned by the DVLA .... but not at the moment, it will come again.
You have given them the opportunity to prove you left the site, THEY FAILED .... which car park in Reading ???
I have missed appeal stage and they cannot provide me this information. and they would have had to contact the warden in question for proof.
Here is the clue about the rubbish UKPC spout ..... they should already have the proof before attempting to extort money from you. Come on, they are saying they don't know what their warden is doing
They will not take this to court because a judge would make mincemeat of them.
DEBT COLLECTORS ????
These people are only sewer living clowns who can do nothing so ignore them0 -
Its the Forbury retail park in reading with DFS, Furniture Village etc. I know it seem daft I can't help it.
I know their fraudsters. I just can't help thinking what if it gets to court stage, How I would write a defence, defend myself etc. I would be grateful if anyone has had similar experiences, would share and if their outcomes have been favourable0 -
I asked them for proof ,you are right but they said I gone past the appeals process. would they actually hold any proof?0

Oops, too late.
:rotfl:
Just joking Jasmine, beamerguy is one of the good guys here.
As I'm sure he will tell you, there's about as much chance of this going to court as you winning the Lottery three weekends on the trot.
Stop panicking, it's going nowhere! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

no different than everybody else ,few people know what to do when they come here
what YOU should also do is use the drop down forum search box , change the view from threads to posts , put in the title of a massive hit song by Queen that goes :- duh duh duh , AOBTD (those are the initials)
read the dozens of winning court cases over the last 12 to 24 months , see how they started off timid and nervous , but won their cases with assistance from people on here , including one where beamerguy recently helped one of them at court last week !! you wanted shared experiences , well they are already shared, in those winning threads
if you read the successes , you wont feel as bad , trust me , except its unlikely that UKPC will try court, although they have 6 years to do so
leaving site is very difficult for them to prove, because no obvious borders or fences exist, where does the site stop / nobody really knows , who left the site ? driver ? , keeper ? , nobody knows0
