Train station parking notice

Hi I've just come back from a hospital appointment with my son to a parking notice on my car. The car park was full and I only just managed to get past a few cars with the intention of turning around at the end of the carpark and going elsewhere. Problem was at the end was a car and a van and I simply couldn't turn around. Was impossible to reverse as it was difficult enough driving in what is a very long narrow train station carpark. Also I'm a disabled driver. So I literally had the choice of waiting with the car for who knows how long or getting my son to the hospital dentist who we have waited a year for an appointment with. I've taken photos to show how impossible the parking situation was..the car next to the van had gone so was able to complete a 20 point turn and exit the car park.. But the fine is £60 if paid in next 14 days or £100 otherwise. As a blue badge holder my parking is free. Do I pay or contest. The fault was not mine it was others parking in a space that is dedicated for turning that made it impossible for me to be able to leave the carpark without causing damage to mine and several other cars if I had even attempted to reverse. Help!

Edit your post to remove information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.
Do it before you do anything else! Parking scammers read this forum.
Read the sticky thread for NEWBIES then send the appeal template in blue text you will find there. Send it unaltered, from The Keeper around day 26.
What is the name of the PPC please? This will determine what you do if/when the appeal is rejected, which is already explained in the NEWBIES.
This assumes this was a private car park not a council one. The blue badge scheme does not apply on private land so parking is not normally free to BB holders.
read the bumf that comes with your blue badge , not free parking on private land
the fault was yours , you parked and did not pay to park
this forum is to help people who have been wronged , not !!!!!!!!!!s
evudently F-r-e-e-l-o-a-d-e-r-s , is a banned word
if you had have read the signage you would understand charges/stipilations for blue badge holders
please go and read the newbies thread , spending time reading section on railways and saba
You have 2 choices depending on how you feel. You can write to Saba asking inane questions. Not the debt collectors that will write to you but Saba themselves. As anything and don't worry about their answers
This offence times out after 6 months. After that it's game over for them. One stupid question a month will see them happily answer in the hope you pay up. Saba are really happy to play along.
The alternative is do nothing and sit it out for 6 months. This has been done with good results too.
NB: THIS ADVICE ONLY APPLIES TO SABA 'PENALTY CHARGE NOTICES' ISSUED AT TRAIN STATIONS, AND IS MY CURRENT ADVICE AT THE TIME OF WRITING.
