They will not have to make a separate claim although they may be asked to provide further information."It would be easier if individual post numbers were displayed in threads. However an earlier post can be directly linked to by hovering the cursor over the post time / date that displays on each post (situated just above each individual post) and then right click -> Copy Link Location (some browsers may show this as Copy Link Address).
