Any Ideas where my account has gone?

I have been a member of these forums under a different name for a couple of years. I have three stars and have lots of thanks.

However today I could not log on and when I tried to get a reset to my password etc the screen gave a message saying my email address was not registered!

Any ideas.

Thanks espresso, I did try to do all that but ended up going round and round in circles!

Oh well just have to kiss my previous persona goodbye and start again.

Could be a gremlin in the system due to the technical glitches that have surrounded MSE over the last few weeks . Perhaps the account just needs to be 'reactivated'??? The mods should be able to sort this out. Hope you get it resolved:)

have you had a look at the Members List, might find you are still there, and it was a glitch with your password.

Have you tried to find posts by ?????, your previous name?
