Evening All,
My partner and I took out our first mortgage around a year ago and whilst she is named as a financial dependant on my report and likewise for hers, our credit reports still haven’t updated to say that we have this mortgage.
Also, we have been moved in 9-10 months and our credit report hasn’t updated with our new address. We both voted in the general election in December and have updated our banks.
I don’t know what else we can do?

is the lack showing on all 3 credit reporting companies sites, or just the one you are using0

Equifax, Clearscore etc...0

Have a look at your three Statutory reports instead. Then you will get an exact snapshot of how the data is recorded on your 3 credit files, and would be precisely what a lender would see.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job0 -
Clearscore reports info from Equifax, , what is etc ?0

Experian as well, just checked that0

Re the address, maybe speak to the reference agencies, they may be able to change it or maybe advise to what to do.
Re the mortgage not showing, the lender doesnt have to report it, its odd how it isn't though.
You checked Transunion ?0 -
Who is the mortgage lender? If you let us know somebody may be able to tell you which CRA(s) they report to.
Is it really so bad NOT having the mortgage debt showing on your reports?
With regard to your address, do you mean that NO lender has updated your address? None of them? Have you advised all lenders of your new address?
If you are referring to your ER entry, how long ago did you put yourself on the ER at your new address?
Is this non-update of your address the same for all 3 CRA's?0 -
Hi Ben,
It’s the same for every CRA I have checked, they all have both our old addresses and not our new one? It was back in December regarding the ER!
The lender is Leeds who I have contacted and it’s not such a bad thing no but curiosity as to why led me to post0 -
Just for info, I have a mortgage with the Leeds BS and they report to all three CRAs.0

If you only updated ER in December it is a bit soon for the information to have filtered through to the CRA's yet. Be patient. Give it time.0
