Hello,
Several years ago I attended school in a neighbouring town, so I advised insurance of this and told them the parked address as well as my mailing address. I have since finished school and thought I had updated the address. BUT when I called insurance about 2 months ago to inquire about a car insurance quote, I realized they still had that old parked address from 4 years ago!! My policy rate went up, which sucks, but I understand. I asked the agent why she still had that old address, she told me “swell it was verified “ . Which I don’t understand how that could be. And now I am doubting myself. Did I forget to update my address?
And now I have 2 claims on my account that I am worried they will try to deny. My lawyers told the insurance company my correct address. But I’m still worried that I may have not Ben paying attention and maybe I confirmed the wrong address?
Can they or will they deny my claim? What should I do? I am worried.
